1. Account Registration and Terms

To use our lead generation tool, you must create a free or paid user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Guard the password used to access your user panel and prevent unauthorized login.
• Promptly notify us of any security compromise or unauthorized panel activity.

2. Permitted Use & Credits

GO MAP LEADS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to crawl, extract, and download business details. Your use is subject to the following rules:

• Queries consume scraper credits according to your subscription tier. Starter, Professional, and Growth plans expire monthly or yearly as selected.
• You agree not to bypass query limits, write scripts to reverse engineer the system, or execute denial of service attacks against GO MAP LEADS' API or crawler nodes.
• You must respect general outbound laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA) when initiating contacts with target email addresses or phone lists scraped.

3. Fees, Subscription, and Refund Policy

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Regarding billing states:

• You can cancel or change subscription tiers directly inside your billing portal at any time.
• If you cancel, you will retain scraper access until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
• Payment operations are handled through external billing gateways (e.g. Stripe).

4. Service Uptime and Warranties

GO MAP LEADS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express warranties. While we strive to maintain a 99.9% scraper uptime and verify lead accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of third-party public web directories, listing information changes, or email delivery bounce rates.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GO MAP LEADS, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the extracted business leads, outbound email deliverability failures, or server disruptions.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will post notice in the user dashboard or email you. Continued use of our scraper following terms updates implies consent.
